About Us

Invites to Remember is a wedding invitation design company specializing in unique, hand-made products- combining unconventional flair with modern elegance. We use high quality materials that include exotic papers from abroad, novel embellishments, and unique packaging. Invites to Remember was founded by Angela R. Hubbard in New York City, 2002. The inspiration for the business came about while Angela was in pursuit of invitations for her own wedding invitations that would give her guests an element of surprise. After spending countless hours on the internet, she realized that the wedding invitation industry was very limited in the category of artistic creativity, creating her own invitations would have to be the answer.After an overwhelming amount of positive feedback from guests about Angela’s Message-in-a-Bottle wedding invitations, she was encouraged by her husband to market her art. She began creating invitations that were one of a kind and most importantly, would leave a lasting impression on the person receiving the invitation. Invites to Remember believes the most precious event of your life should be announced with a reflection of you..an invitation that's not just stationery, but a work of art, an Invite to Remember!

Please send us a message with your sample or order request by clicking here: orders_invitestoremember.com . An invoice will be sent to you for payment, after payment is received, your sample will be mailed out. All wedding invitation samples are $10 each, bridal shower and save-the-date samples are $5 each. All samples include invitation, envelope/mailer, rsvp card(if applicable) and shipping. Special container for Storybook is not included with sample orders.

What are my payment options?We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover via Paypal. You are not required to have a Paypal account to make your payment using a credit card; Visit www.paypal.com to learn more and/or open an account. You may also pay by cashier’s check , United States Postal Money Order or cash.How will my invitations be shipped and does the price of the invitations include shipping?We use FedEx to ship all orders. We offer four shipping options at one set price: Next Day Air, Second Day Air, Ground Residential and Same Day Service. You will be notified via e-mail when your order is ready and provided a FedEx tracking number to track your order, someone must be available to sign for your package. Shipping and handling costs is a separate charge. No fees applied if in Raleigh, North Carolina, they will be hand delivered.Do you ship orders internationally?Yes, however, you must call or e-mail us for special processing of your order.Should I order extra invitations when I place my order?We encourage clients order at least 5 to 10 additional invites in case there are guests they have forgotten about or new additions.Do I need to order a sample and how much are they?It is not mandatory that you order a sample, however, it is highly recommended so that you see exactly what you will be receiving. All invitation wedding samples are $10, bridal shower and save-the-dates are $8 each .Will I receive a proof before my invitations are processed?Yes, the printing portion of your invitation will be a PDF version via e-mail using Adobe Acrobat Reader, you will need Acrobat Reader to view. You may download a free version at www.adobe.com. If you prefer to see a hard copy sample of your invitation, you will be billed as if it were a sample. You may also receive your printed portion via fax if you prefer.I’m in a hurry, could you rush my order?Yes, if our current work load allows it. A Rush order is considered as receiving your order within 2 weeks. A $150 surcharge is added to Rush orders. We CAN NOT accommodate rush service on quantities over 100 and on certain invitations (contact us directly to see if the invitation you are ordering can be rushed).Do you offer customization service?Yes, we will customize your invitations for a $150 non-refundable consultation and design fee, it will be applied to your order.Do you offer letterpress and calligraphy service?Yes, we offer letterpress and calligraphy service. You will need to contact us regarding the additional charge for these services.Can I get envelopes prior to receiving the invitations so that I can begin addressing them?Yes, envelopes/packaging can be shipped to you for a flat shipping rate of $9.95.What happens if I made a mistake and I’ve already approved my proof?Once your order is sent to production, no changes can be made, however, we will do reprints for you at a 50% discount of your total invitation order. It is very important to review your invitation several times before approving for production.What is your return policy?Due to the customized nature of our products, returns will only be accepted for errors made by Invites to Remember. It is extremely important to make sure your final proof does not contain any grammatical and/or spelling errors.
